Service Description

Go Somewhere: Calling all little ones who love planting, building, dreaming and designing. This week-long adventure is all about miniature gardens -- be they fairy, dinosaur, beach, zen or zoo themed! Explorers will go visit a range of beautiful gardens in the community (both large and small) as they learn what makes any-sized garden, well, magical. They will also visit a landscape store as they decide what plants to add to their collection. Meet Someone: This week, explorers will chat with a master gardener who will give them tips for choosing, planting and caring for growing things. They will also meet a landscape architect who will explain and model the process for building a garden -- from dreaming, to planning, to sketching to creating. Make Something: Throughout the week, explorers will be following the process of a landscape architect as they dream into existence a miniature garden of their own to be shared, taken home, and treasured for years to come. Pick-up/Drop-off: Gilbert’s Corner – Parking lot next to the roundabout at the intersections of Route 15 and Route 50
